Terms & Conditions Holiday Camps
1. Payments
Payment must be made/scheduled in advance of attending any day of the camps. If payment has not been received your child will not be able to attend.
2. Missed Sessions
Foot-Tech Academy reserves the right to not issues refunds if you cannot attend any of the days you have pre-booked on the camp without at least 72 hours’ notice before the specific day start time. This includes, but is not limited to, illness and injury.
3. Cancelled Sessions
Foot-Tech Academy will issue refunds or offer free make-up days if any of the camps have to be cancelled due to things outside of the company’s control such as weather conditions. Where possible Foot-Tech will aim to arrange additional facilities so that the camps can go ahead as planned.
4. Health & Safety
Foot-Tech Academy coaches are DBS checked and at least one certified First Aider is in attendance at every camp. By allowing your player to participate in the sessions you give the qualified First Aider full authorisation to administer First Aid, to the best of their abilities, to your child should they require it.
Foot-Tech Academy accepts no responsibility for any injuries or death incurred in the normal course of the sessions or any responsibility for injuries or death incurred as a result of the administration of any First Aid.
Any pre-existing medical conditions must be detailed on the registration form for your player/s and discussed with the camp coordinator at the earliest time.
5. Kit
Each player must wear appropriate football trainers/boots, shin pads and football kit. Foot-Tech Academy has the right to refuse entry should your player not have the appropriate kit. In such instances you would not be entitled to any refund for that day. Should you allow your player to undertake the camps without the appropriate kit, Foot-Tech Academy will not be held responsible for any injuries that occur as a result of, for example, wearing no shin pads. It is your responsibility to ensure your player/s have enough water, sunscreen and weather proof kit dependant on the needs of the player and the weather conditions at any camp.
Exclusive Foot-Tech kits are provided to paying participants should you wish to purchase it.
6. Behaviour
Each player is required to behave politely towards coaches, parents and other players. Any instances of rudeness, bullying, inappropriate language, misconduct (such as fighting and lashing out) and anything else deemed inappropriate and a disruption to the enjoyment of the camps may result in Foot-Tech Academy cancelling the players’ place.
Any parent who behaves inappropriately (such as shouting at their child/other children or being disrespectful to coaches) will be asked to leave and it may result in their player having their place cancelled.
What is deemed inappropriate will decided by Foot-Tech Academy Directors.
We encourage positive comments but will not tolerate abuse towards the players.
7. Drop-Off & Pick-Up
It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to ensure their player/s arrive on time for each day and that they pick their child/children up immediately at the camp end time. Players will not be released until you come to collect them from a Foot-Tech coach. Foot-Tech accepts not responsibility for any child whose parents allow them to make their own way home and this must first be agreed in writing via email to Foot-Tech.
8. Lost/Damaged Property
Foot-Tech Academy accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged property including, but not limited to, clothing, water bottles, shin pads, footwear and vehicles.
For instances of stealing please report it to a Foot-Tech Coach immediately.
9. Photography
Foot-Tech Academy coaches will take photos and videos to use for promotional and instructional purposes. Such footage may be shared on Foot-Tech Academy official social media and website pages.
Any photographic or video footage is deleted from any coach’s device as soon as the photo or video has been published.
If you do not consent to this please email info@foot-techacademy.co.uk with your player/s name and they will not be included in any pictures/videos.
10. Acceptance
Acceptance to the above is necessary to be given access to a Foot-Tech Academy. camp Payment for camp/camp day will be deemed as your agreement to each point.
11. Cancelling your place
You can cancel your pre-booked place on a camp with at least 24 hours’ notice.
12. Food & Drink
You are required to provide a suitable packed-lunch and refillable water bottle for each day your child is at the camp. Foot-Tech accepts no responsibility for providing food and drink to any player. Please ensure your child has adequate amounts of food, including a mid-morning snack.
It is also your responsibility to inform us of any food allergies that your child has in advance of them attending a camp.
